Elise Loschiavo

Elise Loschiavo is one of the founding members of Vitalius Real Estate Group and has been representing buyers and sellers of condominiums and single-family homes in the Greater Portland area since 2013 and holds a Broker's license.

Elise consistently ranks as the top residential agent in sales volume in the area. While she enjoys selling a wide variety of homes, multi-units, and condos, she is particularly well-known as the premier condo broker in Portland and has been affectionately nicknamed "The Condo Queen" by the broker community, Her success and expertise in the condo sales market are built on knowing the ins and outs of all the condo associations, her relationships with the management companies, and her familiarity and appreciation of Portland’s neighborhoods and amenities. Along with developing this market niche, she is the author of the highly-regarded Annual Portland Condo Report - tracking and analyzing area condo developments and selling trends. As the creator and host of “Cocktails and Condos”, Elise provides opportunities for top downtown Portland brokers to casually get together and share the latest news and developments. Elise is regularly invited to present at industry groups such as the Rental Housing Alliance, the Maine Real Estate and Development Association, the Women's Council of Realtors, and more.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
A big believer in giving back to the community, Elise has served on the boards of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization, One Longfellow Square (a great local non-profit music venue!) and the Portland Independent Business and Community Alliance (Portland Buy Local). She has also served on Maine Initiatives' Grant Making Committee and is an enthusiastic donor to that organization and others committed to social, racial, and economic justice through the Vitalius Giving Program.

Earlier in her career, Elise was the marketing and PR manager for Portland Downtown, working to promote the downtown area as the ideal place to live, work, play, and invest. She was also named one of Portland's most influential people by the Portland Phoenix. Simply put, Elise lives and breathes Portland, and her passion for this community is infectious!

PERSONAL INFO
A transplant from Pennsylvania, Elise graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston with a BS degree in the music industry. Her passions include reading, the beach, traveling the hemisphere to see live music, and pickleball. She has lived with her wife (Morgan) and cats (Pip and Judy) on Munjoy Hill for the past 18 years.
