In the Spring of 2014, we were in the market to purchase a condo in the Ventnor/Margate area. We contacted Elise and she did a terrific job of lining up possible properties. She paid close attention to our interests and budget and took us to listings that were very much in line with the specs we gave her. After deciding on a place, Elise worked very hard to get us from offer to closing. There were bumps along the way and Elise was very effective in helping us get through each obstacle. When you own a property at the shore but live far away, it is critical to have a real estate agent totally committed to helping you. Elise Waldman has been my on-the-ground support for the past three years. She takes care of everything including finding a tenant for the season, and then handling the myriad of paperwork that needs to be done before and after the rental season. As I work full time myself, she keeps me totally organized and never misses a beat. Elise is on top of the lease, the security deposits and all of the detail that is so important to ensuring that my tenants have no issues, and most importantly that I get paid. She is responsive, dedicated, and exemplifies everything a real estate agent should be. Whenever there is an issue, she calls me immediately. And I receive the paperwork on time, and she advises me of each step I need to take. My tenants are happy, and so am I. I am fortunate to have a property on the Boardwalk. Elise Waldman was our agent when we bought our house here in Linwood a year and a half ago. Elise is very knowledgeable about this town, as well as the surrounding towns, and answered all of our questions or did further research on those she may have not known the answers to. Since we were new to the area, she provided us with a thorough understanding of comps in the different areas and made recommendations for housing contractors both before and after the sale. When it came to negotiating the deal, Elise gave us her honest feedback and listened as we explained our point of view. Even after the sale, I feel I made a good friend and have since called to ask her advice about a business venture involving neighborhoods in the area. I value her honesty and she has high integrity. She really went above and beyond her scope of responsibilities when she introduced us to other families in the area with children the same age as ours. We were able to get them acquainted while we were here for a visit, which made the transition a month and a half later when we moved that much more smooth. It really meant the world to both us and them. Elise has a warm heart, a caring smile and she will do anything she can to make your real estate experience an exceptional one.
