She even scheduled a day to walk us through seven houses when she was still recovering from her C-section. Superwoman doesn’t even begin to describe her! I would really like to thank Elisha and her team. I came to Elisha in a very rough time in my life and I really wasn’t sure on my direction or how I wanted to proceed forward. My mother at age 55 had just passed. Thoughts of running her estate and trying to clean things up never really crossed my mind. I explained my circumstances, my thoughts, and how I wasn’t really sure how we could move forward. I was in a very overwhelming situation. Elisha’s personality is exactly what I needed along with her knowledge and dedication to work. She was tender and understanding at the right times, funny, and also my baby sitter… as I lost focus sometimes and needed brought back. She did so delicately and kept us on track. In the end I was able to get what I needed done. Her team was amazing through the process and I fairly warned them early on I may need constant reminders as I was being pulled in a lot of directions. Even after all was said and done I have asked for some assistance and received it without hesitation. I will not hesitate to give them a call for any of my future needs.

Earlier this year we ran into Elisha at our neighbor’s house, he had suddenly been injured and moved into a home for long term care. We spent a few minutes talking about him and what next steps were for his home with no intentions on selling our home. As we watched her work with relentless determination on the house to prepare for selling and then open houses, we both knew at that moment she was an amazing relator. Coming off a not good experience with selling my wife’s home we could see the difference Elisha brings to the table for her clients and we took her card just in case for future needs.

A month later I would be up for promotion leaving our city, first call we made was to Elisha to bring her over to discuss what next steps would look like. Elisha took the time to walk our home and give advice with a different set of eyes, she was honest and had great feedback that came with a list of things to work on while we waited on the promotion for me. We worked on the list and when the time came for me to transition to the new work site, Elisha and my wife Denise would work together seamlessly to get the home ready. Elisha was always there for us in this stressful time especially with me being 3 hours away, anytime there was a concern she was there for us.

I couldn’t have asked for a better relator to work with on selling our home, Elisha is one of a kind and became a friend in the process. We will never use another relator after this experience, this was absolutely the best thing that happened for us. We were never wondering what the next steps were, Elisha’s communication is impeccable and kept us on point with what needed to be done. She is also connected with other vendors that had amazing deals and an excellent home loan contact that was amazing.

She made sure that my husband and I didn’t buy a home that we couldn’t afford and that if a catastrophic event happened to one of us the property would be easily marketable.
