Eliza Bailey

I launched my real estate career in the late 1990s, then stepped away in 2003 to teach for 17 years while raising my children. Now an empty nester, I’ve returned to real estate with a teacher’s heart and a strategist’s focus—educating clients, advocating for their best interests, and negotiating with integrity to help them reach their goals.

A multigenerational South Carolinian, I grew up in Summerville, attended high school in Mount Pleasant, earned my degree from the College of Charleston, and completed a Master’s in Information and Library Science at the University of South Carolina. My family has lived on Charleston’s Peninsula and in McClellanville, and we settled back in Summerville in 2000.

I know the Lowcountry—coastal and inland—intimately. I partner with preservation and conservation groups to protect and share our region’s stories, and I offer practical local insight (yes, including pluff mud and boiled peanuts) alongside market knowledge shaped by decades of change. With hard work, diligence, and honesty at the core of my practice, I guide clients to the neighborhoods that fit their lifestyle and help them achieve their real estate dreams.
