Elizabeth Alligood

Elizabeth Alligood is true to her values and prides herself on her profound work ethic, honesty, transparency, communication, and integrity to ensure the highest level of service. Her passion, relentless drive, effervescent personality, and her desire to help people from all walks of life allows her to connect with clients and associates on a deeper level. With real estate constantly changing and technology and multimedia art advancing, she has a ubiquitous online presence and continues to be at the forefront of these changes to better elevate her clients’ selling and buying experiences throughout the world. She is also a master at negotiations and strategy, maintaining a 97% success rate in helping her clients win in multiple-offer situations. Elizabeth truly goes above and beyond to provide world-class service not just to her clients but to her associates alike.

Being an international adoptee at a young age and remembering her time in the orphanage, she never takes life for granted and is always appreciative of what she has. This paired with growing up with a sister that has disabilities has fueled and inspired her to help others through outreach programs, volunteering, and donating to several non-profits and organizations.

After growing up in Oregon, Elizabeth graduated from the University of Oregon with a major in history and a minor in business. She then attended Western Oregon University for her master’s in teaching and spent her time volunteering at the Oregon School for the Deaf before relocating to Southern California. In the process, she acquired an extensive background in advertising, marketing, sales, and lending, eventually entering real estate full-time.

Before creating the Alligood Group with Plus One Real Estate, her background consisted of being a top-producing agent, a team leader for LA and Orange County, and a real estate coach. A portion of her commissions is given back to the community through nonprofits and outreach programs. Elizabeth is fluent in American Sign Language and enjoys sports, outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, eating, meeting new people, volunteering, and spending time with her friends and family.
