I’m so happy my husband and I used Liz for buying our house. I’m happy but sad the process is over because Liz was such a breath of fresh air and beyond helpful. I just wanna say that Liz was more than just a realtor to my husband and I she became a friend/family. I love how precise she was. Anytime I had a question or concern she was right on time. Elizabeth was more than just a realtor to us! She went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through. The photos and marketing for the house were impeccable and really showcased the house. When we got into a bind because I got a cold which really slowed us down towards the end, she personally helped us finish packing and cleaning so we were out on time. She walks you through every stage of the buying process so that you aren't overwhelmed. And she will give you honest feedback on property conditions so you are fully aware of what you are getting into. She puts your needs first and doesn't try to pressure you into buying a home that's past your budget.

She is so dependable, that whenever I called or text, she responded immediately. She was even willing to roll up her sleeves and put hammer to nail to help fix any repairs needed to pass underwriting approval. Thankfully it wasn't needed, but the fact that she was willing to help me do repairs in order to close, meant so much to me and my family. Liz is absolutely the BEST! I purchased my first home with Liz in 2010 and she always made sure to stay in touch and offer help and advice. A few years later, she resold that same home and the process could not have been smoother. From her marketing and pricing strategy, to the Open House, to the Buyer she secured shortly after, the sale was easy and I felt heard and taken care of the entire time. Moving my family was stressful and time consuming, but I felt that she took so much off of my plate by managing the sale of our home.
Liz truly loves what she does and it shows over and over again looking at the relationships she creates where clients become friends and friends become like family.

Elizabeth helped me find an amazing apartment. It’s a gorgeous apartment, and exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she help me locate one, she helped coordinate my lease agreement and all of the details around it. It’s not easy to find a rental, let alone negotiate rent, and then make sure you understand all parts of the lease. She helped with all of that and the made the process so easy. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs. She’s super knowledgeable and passionate.

Liz is the BEST of the best! I have worked with her twice and she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and really went to bat for me, especially during negotiations. As a buyer, she was available and happy to show me SO many homes before I found the one. When it was time to look for a bigger space, she made the process of simultaneously buying and selling completely seamless, and my home sold for the full list price, just a few days after going on the market.
Liz became a true friend over the time I worked with her and we will absolutely be calling her in the future for any of our real estate needs!
