For over 20 years, Elizabeth Bryan has worked in Lake County real estate along Chicago's North Shore helping clients and corporate relocation buy, sell, stage, and improve their homes. Her work with Sellers is during the weeks and months prior to the first showing. In addition to reviewing comparable home sales history, she helps clients see their home from a buyer’s point of view. She is hands-on as they rearrange furniture and accessorize, often without spending money. The Before & After photos are amazing. She also advises on what items to store or toss, and refers contacts for repairs, painting, carpeting and house cleaning. Depending on how long a seller has lived in a home, several visits may be made and the “to do” list is re-prioritized. Her goal with Buyers has always been to make a “Smart Buy.” To find a home with a suitable location that needs little work but offers the best resale. Over the last few years, her transferees with local companies like Abbott Labs or AbbVie have been even quicker to make improvements and repairs, sometimes before they move in, so they can enjoy the changes sooner.
