Well where do I start. Elizabeth was referred to me by my long time realtor who recently retired. although I was a little hesitant to work with somebody new she assured me that she was the best of the best. Elizabeth certainly is the best of the best, in this crazy market she always made us feel like we were her only clients! She works hard and truly listens to our desires! It might be a tough market but having a hard-working realtor who is on your side really makes the process that much better! I would absolutely recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future!

We had to move super quick since we were given short notice to move due to our rental being sold and once we told Elizabeth the predicament we were in, she immediately jumped to help find us a new home. Regardless of the time crunch we were in, she was still thorough, honest and really cared and listened to our needs. Once she helped locate our dream home, she and her team were so helpful in explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. She had excellent recommendations on who to go to. I was a bit scared of the whole process and heard many horror stories about buying a home but she kept me positive and truly helped every step of the way! We were very lucky to find Elizabeth & we highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!

My husband and I highly recommend Elizabeth Costa for your real estate needs, whether renting or buying. She was amazing to work with and we honestly could not have done it without her! We relocated from out of state and had to quickly find a rental and due to covid restrictions, we couldn’t travel back and forth to view homes so we had no choice but to do it all virtually. Elizabeth went over & beyond helping us through this process, we were able to rely on her with immediate replies, constant communication & most important, her very honest opinions. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Elizabeth Costa of the Keyes Co Real Estate Team. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, selling of our house . I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on some issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Elizabeth was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so.
