Liz went way above and beyond my expectations in selling my mom's house. She was available for extra support at a moment's notice. She negotiated a wonderful deal with extras that made the relocation easier. She was proactive in anticipating needs and communicating with other stakeholders. Liz recently helped me sell my sister's house, and I can't begin to convey how much help she provided! I live 450 miles from the property, which is an old farm house with a number of "issues" to be addressed before it could be put on the market. Liz gave me great advice and direction on what needed to be done for both meeting code and satisfying lenders, and maximizing appeal to potential buyers. Whatever the job to be done, Liz's connections and experience meant she could give me a list of reputable providers from which I could choose. Her turnaround was incredibly fast whenever I had a question or concern, and she cheerfully came to the house on a number of occasions to provide access for workers, or to verify that work was done and done well. She could not have been a better realtor, always positive and patient, and knowing what needed to be done. When the house hit the market, it sold immediately, and with multiple offers.

I should add that, by the closing, I felt Liz was not only my agent but a good friend. I recommend her enthusiastically and without the slightest reservation.

We are so lucky we found Liz (Elizabeth Del Casale) of Keller Williams Real Estate. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Liz, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Liz did a lot more for us than we ever expected from a Realtor, She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently, She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. I love working with Liz. We found her looking for our first home. And she helped us sell it 4 years later and find our long term home. I couldn't ask for a more responsive more on top of it person. She gets it done! She sent us listings weekly. She encouraged us to keep on looking and setting up appointments 3 or more houses in a day. She works hard and quickly so you must be responsivr to your emails and phone. We're so happy to work with such a go getter! She will find the right home for you!
