Elizabeth Dritsas

In 2005, Liz became a Real Estate Professional. Since becoming a realtor, she has participated in multiple transactions as a seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. She provides her clients with current market expertise and exceptional listening skills. She is a performance oriented individual and very resourceful when it comes to keeping her clients' best interests first.

Before becoming a realtor, she was a Television and Radio Producer in NYC. She produced television and radio commercials for General Mills, McDonalds, Skippy Peanut Butter, Yoplait Yogurt, and Proctor and Gamble – just to name a few. Dealing with marketing and creative executives in the advertising industry afforded her experience in dealing with all levels of personalities and allowed her to effectively navigate many complicated situations.

This experience in advertising has helped Liz successfully guide sellers and buyers through the real estate process. Having sold throughout Monmouth County, she has gathered extensive knowledge of the towns in the area. This knowledge is impactful when showing and listing homes because she shares it with her clients. She is detailed in every aspect of a transaction and dedicated to creating a worry-free environment for her clients so that they can get to the closing table with the least amount of inconvenience in the quickest amount of time. Having an “eye” for renovating along with staging a home, she prides herself in assisting sellers and buyers to visualize the possibilities in creating their dream home!

Elizabeth loves living in Monmouth County. It has the best of all worlds – open space, towns with a “city” feel, beautiful beaches, gorgeous parks, shopping, and easy commute to NYC! As a resident of Colts Neck for over 20 years, she has raised her 3 children here. She was an active board member of the Colts Neck PTO, a member of Colts Neck Business Association, and a member of her church. She has participated in Breast Cancer walks and believes that giving back to society is part of living a well-rounded life.
