Working with Liz was so easy! When selling our home, she gave great feedback on what changes to spend time & money on, and which upgrades were not necessary. She made the process of listing and showing our current home smooth. When searching for our next home, Liz's knowledge and patience was impeccable. We loved working with Liz. We saw our dream house online on a Friday night, reached out to her, and had a showing the next morning. She was insightful and helped us to see things we would not have known to look for (despite having gone through the home buying process once before), and gave us very good, balanced advice when making our offer. Liz also helped us sell our house. We had not been planning to move, so it was a whirlwind to get our house ready to sell in time to buy the new house. She helped us figure out upgrades that were worth making vs. not, and made it an overall low-stress experience. She is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend working with her.

We had been trying to find out what we needed to do to get pre-approved for a mortgage but all we got were denials no one would explain what we could do better other than “work on your credit”. After months and years of frustration I finally posted in a local Facebook forum asking for anyone who helps people in these situations. Liz messages me almost immediately and said “I can help you Let’s chat”. Within a few days we were pre-approved and meeting with Liz to go over our wants and needs list. She listened to everything we said and asked all of the right questions to figure out exactly where we wanted to be to live a comfortable life! We looked at 6-8 houses and made two offers. The second offer got accepted within a couple days and we were on our way to closing! Liz really takes the time to explain things in terms you can understand and never talks down to you like some in this business. She would rather you tell her you don’t understand something and take the time to explain then have it cost you money or time because you didn’t understand. She made the process seamless and almost stress free. There is always going to be some stress but she definitely minimized it and took some of it for us. My wife and I are so happy we met Liz and are now less than three months later starting to unpack at are new home!! If you are lucky sometime along the way you will get to meet Liz’s husband Kyle. He is pretty great and I enjoyed being able to get his insight of certain things in some of the homes about how to fix something or affordability to fix it. These two make a great team and I will always call them when buying or selling a house. So give Liz a call tell her Josh & Bri Green sent ya. You will not regret it!
