As a Realtor it is my pleasure to help people find the right home. Since 2008 I've helped many people and families find a home to rent or a home(s) to purchase. I've assisted investor owners with finding and purchasing ideal properties to rent long term (7 months or more). For 20+ years I also offer / provide long term rental property management services, managing homes, as well as procuring and managing long term rental tenants for those homes. When an owner is ready to sell, I'm ready to find them a buyer! Most people would describe me as a bubbly person who is reliable and trustworthy, bringing value to each client and transaction with my experience and knowledge in the Central Florida Real Estate industry. In business my natural instinct is to treat people the way I want to be treated, with respect, integrity, transparency, and honesty.
