Elizabeth is the Best in the Burg for a reason! She started by coming to our home to look it over, make suggestions for improvements to get top dollar, and told us what to expect to sell for. She handled all of the improvements for us so we didn't need to worry about them! She also had our home cleaned, organized, and then staged it herself for pictures. Our house had never looked so good! She made sure we got the most competitive offer and was with us every step of the way until closing. She treats all her sellers and buyers like a friend, and it shows!

There is no words to share my experience with Elizabeth Jones that can describe it accurately.
When I was alone, Elizabeth made sure I didn’t feel that way. She pulled together an amazing team to support me in one of the biggest things I have done in my life.
She made me feel like I was her ONLY client. Any time I needed her, she was there. And here we are almost 2 months after closing, SHE IS STILL HERE!

Where do I start! If you are looking for a realtor that has your best interests at heart, does her research & fights tooth and nail to find you what you are looking for then Elizabeth is your girl! I honestly can not say enough about how extremely humble and kind she is!

As a first time home buyer, in a crazy market, finding what you are looking for can be tough. I had exactly what I wanted in mind & wasn't going to settle. With high rates and the non negotiables that I was looking for, most houses were out of my budget & were going to be hard to find. We toured what seemed like the entire state of Virginia & looked at countless houses. After months of searching, there were time where I felt hopeless but Elizabeth was always there to lift me back up and encourage me that we would find the one! She never complained, never showed that she was frustrated or made me feel that my wants were impossible. She researched all the options, got second opinions, and did whatever she could to get me where I needed to be. I can proudly say we found the one and without her it would have been impossible. We started our home search last year 2021 and honestly I was dreading it because of the horror stories from family/friends specifically when it came to overpricing, bad experiences with realtors, and the bank/funding process.

Liz and the other Long & Foster team-members made the experience fun/enjoyable. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our possible forever home.

Also being first time home buyers we didn't know the ins and outs of the process or some of the details that we should focus on when searching. Liz helped with that, even to the extent of reminding us of our goofy checklist we had when looking at each home, i.e., where is the Christmas tree going, which room will be the nursey, etc.

Due to family/personal reasons we had to cut the home search short the summer of 2021 and because they took the time to know us, they knew what we were going through and understood completely. Liz continued to keep in touch with us throughout the process even during our home search hiatus. Then when we were ready to go again in 2022, we hit the ground running which resulted in us finding our home.

Not that I want to go through the process again anytime soon, but it is a relief knowing their team is in the area to help if/when that time comes again.

Without Liz and the Long & Foster Team I don't think we would of found our home.
