About Elizabeth 'Libby

Libby Johnson brings 30 years of entrepreneurship and a Bachelorette in Organizational Management and Supervision (BAS) to the real estate industry. She holds an Integrated Marketing Specialist (IMS) certification, and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation (CREN) designation. She is the author of “Success by Design” a real estate training program that is based on a “service over sales” motto. Second to none, “Success by Design” takes licensed realtors through 40 hours of in-person training, preparing them for the real estate industry with confidence, conviction, and clarity, as they continually move forward building a successful real estate career. Libby brings a performing arts background to the classroom, providing the tools, discipline and vision for every agent to see the endless possibility a career in real estate can offer. She believes real estate training and coaching is not about properties, it is about people and their dreams, desires and goals. “It is very rewarding to share the excitement of a recruit’s first open house, first sale, or first compensation check”, enabling them to continue enhancing their lives with the rewards and benefits the training and coaching provided. In addition, Libby servers her local board or realtors as a member of the grievance and professional stands committees. As a dance and musical instructor, Libby brings unique and creative skills to the classroom with her attention to details, exceptional listening skills, and extraordinary communication skills. A resident of St. Augustine since 1988, she enjoys living here with her husband Gene, 2 children and 3 grandchildren. She is active in the St. Johns County School program as a mentor for Take Stock in Children and is on staff of the Saint Augustine Ballet Company where she enjoys her love for musical theatre, tap and jazz, as well as a cantor at St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
