Seriously could not be more thankful and more blessed to have Beth in our lives. She was there when we moved to Michigan and she was there when we were leaving Michigan. She helped us find our first condo and first home, but she also helped us sell that first home. She’s a professional and you’re missing out if you don’t utilize her services. We miss Beth tremendously and wish we could bring her with us to Indiana.

My husband and I have been working with Beth since we moved to Michigan two years ago. Beth has been nothing short of professional, helpful, and extremely kind. This was my first time working with Beth. She was highly recommended as she is one of the top agents in the area where I was selling my home. I contacted Beth and she followed up with me within hours. Not only that, she came out to see my house within about a day of the initial call. She walked through my home and very clearly and specifically explained what renovations were needed & why. Beth has a high standard for herself and her clients and it shows in the properties she sells. She made me feel confident about the selling process and the renovation decisions. Because of Beth's recommendations, the buyers would be walking into a solid home with some really nice upgrades. Long story short, I was able to accept a cash offer on my home within 3 days of the open house. By that point, my house was on the market for less than 1 week. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience selling our home with Beth. I really wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the Northville area – and after doing some research I came across Beth and her website. My first impression was positive just based on my being able to schedule a meeting with her directly on her website. She texted to confirm the time and day and called at the same day and time I selected. I could instantly tell that Beth KNOWS her stuff. We went through some initial information and then scheduled a time to meet in person and have her come look at the house. She walked the house with us and offered tons of suggestions on what we needed to do to make the house look the best to get the best offer for it. I could honestly go on for pages about how great our experience was, but I’ll do my best to stick to the important parts. Beth is professional, organized, articulate, intelligent, resourceful, dependable, committed and extremely personable. When she says she is going to do something; she does it. No excuses, no missed deadlines, no missed calls.

We implemented all of Beth’s suggestions to get the house looking it’s best and when it came time to list the photos were incredible (I never realized the difference professional photos make). The house was listed on a Friday, and we had 19 offers by Monday. Moving and the process of buying and/or selling a house is incredibly stressful – but Beth does everything in her power to make sure it’s as positive of an experience as possible for her clients. I honestly felt like she was my therapist at times – and will truly miss hearing from her after we move. Beth is amazing and if you are looking for a realtor – I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I just want to say 5 stars is not nearly enough for Beth! She is the best in the area. I have bought and sold homes with Beth through out the years and it is always a smooth process. When I recently decided to purchase a home I contacted Beth first. She got me in touch with lenders and answered every question I had. She makes you feel like you are her only client. I never had to wait on a response. I found a home that I wanted and left it up to her to work her magic. I never worried that she wasn't working hard or the deal would not go through. Beth was great! She stepped into a very difficult situation as we were trying to sell as the market was tanking after the crazy COVID market, we had already moved out of state, our previous buyer had fallen through, etc. She came in with lots of great ideas of inexpensive ways to update or change things in the home to help it show better. And because we were already out of state, she pulled from her network of trusted professionals to come in and make these changes. Many times, Beth rolled up her sleeves and got in there, doing things that we could not such as shoveling the driveway and sidewalk for showings, taking paint cans to the recycling center that the new owners did not want, etc. Beth works extremely hard and does what is needed to get your house sold, while keeping you updated weekly with emails, phone calls and video calls! Beth made our home sale process an absolute breeze! We could tell from our first meeting that she’s a go-getter. She is incredibly organized and was on top of every step. Beth has always been ready to help us: back in 2017, when we were toying with the idea of selling, to 2022, when we called her up and she didn't hesitate to stop by and discuss our options.

Initially, we had concerns, thinking we wouldn't have the money to put as much as we thought we'd have to put into our old home to sell it and still make a profit. After we walked around, she immediately put our concerns to rest - she explained what we could put into our old home (around 9K) and what we would get out of it in return (around 35K). I'm sure others experiences will differ but we were certainly excited to hear that and went to work immediately. I had a unique situation and she really worked her craft coming up with a gameplan. I made mistakes and threw her a few curveballs but she always knew what to do to sort them out. Beth was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was both our buying and selling agent in a recent real estate transaction to move into a larger home.

As our buyers agent, she was easy to work with, accommodated our schedule and once we were under contract on the new home did a great job keeping us up to date each step of the process. She had a great attention to detail and advocated for us as the buyers. Even in this crazy market, I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of or having to over extend myself as the buyer. I attribute that to Beth's professionalism and ability to represent her clients in all circumstances.

As our selling agent she was phenomenal. Prior to selling this home, my husband and I had had a very negative experience selling another home and I was braced for another unpleasant experience. Beth goes above and beyond normal expectations of a good realtor. I had moved out of state and tried multiple times to perform some needed updates to my condo and kept falling short with time. I also talked with multiple Realtors with little help or confidence in their abilities to sell my condo. Then I contacted Beth and she was able to meet me the same day at my condo and walked in and confidently told me she could sell it. She also recommended the updates I had been trying to do, but she went the extra mile and actually helped arrange the work and let the workers in. I cannot speak highly enough about the job Beth did in selling our home. From day one she not only eased our fears about getting the house sold in time for us to be able to move into our new build, but also gave a very accurate estimate of the amount of money we could expect to profit. She brought in an organizer to help us get our house ready for photos and viewings and also pre-marketed our home on her website and others. By the time our listing went live we had over 50 appointments to see our home. By the end of that weekend we had 11 offers, ALL above our asking price.

Beth then walked us through the pros and cons of each offer to help us select the best one. In the end we chose a buyer who was offering $11,000 over asking and Beth managed to negotiate an extra $4000 to match the top offer!

To say we are satisfied with our results is an understatement. More importantly we felt so good to have someone that not only knows the business inside and out, but someone who was always available to answer questions and provide truly valuable advice. Beth never stopped working for us until we got everything we hoped for and more.

I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several l real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Elizabeth is the best agent/ broker I have ever used.

Elizabeth has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective Agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Elizabeth's eye for detail and referrals for miscellaneous task and repairs kept the process smooth and painless. Her communication/response whether phone call, email or text was almost immediate no matter the day or, time of day, etc. My transaction went very smooth and we closed on time. Oh man where to start with Beth Little. I started working with Beth Little in 2017 when I was a first time home buyer. I was 21, had a small budget and had zero idea about what the house buying process was like. Beth Little walked me through all the steps. She would send a document and then immediately call me to tell me what I needed to sign, what the document was for and what I should expect to happen next. When I finally found my house, Beth was able to take ~$15k off the asking price!!! Three years later (2020), I enlist Beth Little to help me sell my house. Best decision ever. At the time, I had a 2 month old so it was really tough to coordinate moving and also taking care of a newborn. Beth did all the (metaphorical) heavy lifting for me. She picked out the paint colors for my walls and sent me the contact information for the contractors. She staged my house and paid for a professional photographer. By the time my house had been on the market for three days, I had SEVEN OFFERS all at or above asking price. I sold my house for above asking price and made a steep profit off when I bought it in 2017. Knowing Beth has drastically improved my life in more ways than just as a realtor. I could not have picked a better realtor. I asked for recommendations for a realtor on a local facebook group and she reached out to me by facebook message and even mailed me a quick financial packet about our house. This was before I had even met her! She continued to work diligently with my husband and I throughout the selling process. She helped me pick out the color to repaint the inside of the house, the best flooring company to use to refinish our hardwood floors, the best company to buy mulch from and the crew to help spread the mulch. She walked us through the process without breaking a sweat. Even when we had a surprise issue with the house ( carpenter ant damage of garage header), she planned the open house around it. She even helped us deal with the showings/open house while dealing with difficult neighbors. By the end of the process, we had both moved out of state and she kept us in the loop and checked over the house.

Before you think, she is doing what any other realtor would do, just wait! Out of her sellers fee, she covered the cost for staging and professional photography. Not all realtors do that. She made the house look gorgeous by the time it was market ready and I didn't want to leave.

If you have the pleasure of meeting/working with her for real estate, don't let her go. She is a truly exceptional real estate agent and person.
