Elizabeth founded the Lothamer Group in 2013 which has grown to a team of 7 full time agents, an Operations Manager, and Marketing Director. Her team specializes in providing a high level, customized approach to each individual client, tailoring their service to address specific needs. They have extensive experience in representing a multitude of clients from first time home buyers to mid size residential developers.

Elizabeth has been personally involved in the purchase and renovation of foreclosure and investment properties through her development company, Lothamer Development, for the last 15 years. This gives her a wealth of knowledge with rehab and new construction, allowing her the capability to educate her clients on cost vs. value as well as income property analysis. With the skill set she has developed in all these areas, she is able to differentiate her services by analyzing the needs and wants of each individual client. Her exceptional communication and negotiation skills allow her clients to get the results they deserve.
