Myunits.com is home to several well-known real estate brands including The 2-4 Unit Specialists, The Land Specialists, and The 5+ Unit Specialists, all of which were the brainchild of Elizabeth Maddox.

Passionate about apartment buildings from a young age, Elizabeth obtained her real estate license the moment she turned 18 and quickly began her real estate career working for a high profile commercial real estate brokerage during her last year at UCLA. After following the corporate path for some time, it became evident to Elizabeth that she wanted to merge her love of commercial real estate with her love of people: blending the sophistication of a top tier commercial firm with the good ol’ fashioned feel of a mom-and-pop residential brokerage.
