Elizabeth McDonald is the founder of a Los Angeles Real Estate Brokerage, The Rental Girl Leasing and Sales (2014). Since 2017, she has been focusing on creating affordable homeownership for Los Angeles residents, through tenancy-in-common sales (TIC). The TIC market began in San Francisco in the early 80's, where it was tested and proven to be a desired and viable market. I was connected with Bay area TIC lenders in 2016, and since then she has been instrumental in pioneering the market here in Los Angeles. Since 2017, she has helped develop and sell over over 100+ TIC units ($66 million) in Los Angeles, and have over 200 units ($100 million) in development. Currently, She is focused on creating alternative lending options for fractional ownership.
