Growing up on the breathtaking shores of Lake Superior in Minnesota, the natural beauty of Asheville is vital to Elizabeth Oas. During a family vacation to Asheville in which they all fell in love with the area, her parents unexpectedly bought a house in South Asheville and then moved their lives from MN. Over the next 2 years, Elizabeth visited Asheville multiple times and felt at home here. She finally moved here in 2017 from Texas and will not ever leave it permanently again. She considers North Carolina to be a playground for adults and children alike, with truly endless places to explore and enjoy, no matter the time of year. Elizabeth is so happy to help those moving to WNC, and to welcome them the way she felt welcomed. Being newly in love with the area, she is a great resource for places to “play.” Helping local residents is also a pleasure as she continues to learn from their knowledge of this beautiful State. Having a keen eye for aesthetics helps her to guide sellers when listing their homes, and to notice all the details of a house with buyers. Communication with her clients is of utmost importance to her, and in this Elizabeth is committed to the highest standards. Earning her Master of Social Work taught her that she loves working with people, is an excellent communicator, and is calm in a stressful situation. Her entrepreneurial nature led her to sales, in which she has excelled. Being a Realtor perfectly combines her clear communication style, her love of people, and her determination to get the desired results from her clients. When Elizabeth is not working you will find her in the woods: running, hiking, climbing, and biking with her family.
