My significant other found Elizabeth Peck from Lakes Realty from a listing on line. She responded right away and we set up a date to look at properties. We thought our search would take months in this hot market. Elizabeth spent a lot of time asking us questions and showed us a few properties to get a sense of what we wanted. She found us a property with acreage right away and made the buying process so easy. A month later we listed our townhome in Forest Lake. She guided us through the selling process and told us how get the house ready for a great sale. We had a very complicated schedule and she supported us through all of it. We had 3 fantastic offers the first day of sale! I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth Peck and Lakes Realty!

We responded to a listing on Zillow and were referred to Elizabeth (Peck). What a great stroke of good luck! I was living in Tennessee and my partner, Caroline, was living in St. Paul, MN. I would travel to St. Paul periodically for a visit and to investigate real estate possibilities. When we found Elizabeth, she was kind, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. We thought it might be challenging for her to work with one of us out of state so much, but she did not blink an eye. We received multiple possible listings based on criteria we had provided. I reviewed them via Zoom with Caroline and when I was visiting St. Paul, we would look at the houses together. Elizabeth always had good comments/critiques as we viewed each house, showing a wonderful understanding of our wishes AND our needs. When I was in Tennessee, Caroline and Elizabeth would view houses together and bring me along via zoom on Elizabeth's phone. Caroline tried holding the phone at first, but I grew tired of only seeing the floor when she forgot she was sharing the video with me. I felt very comfortable when we actually bought a house that I had not visited in person because the process was so smooth. When we found a house that we really liked, we asked Elizabeth what we needed to do to ensure that we would be likely to purchase it. She provided excellent advice as to how to proceed and we were able to purchase the house that had been scheduled for 66 other showings. Knowledgeable, personable and skilled: a triple threat. We could not have enjoyed this experience more. Our thanks and appreciation go out to Elizabeth Peck, realtor extraordinaire!

My Full-Service experience provided by Cindi was incredibly wonderful. I had a couple things to fix before house was market-ready. She sought out companies and personal references. She knows her business with appropriately pricing my home, coordinating showings and navigating through a difficult process. I will seek out Cindi again next time I'm in the market to buy or sell. Elizabeth Peck at Lakes Country Realty did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the area, the community, and local services and contractors. Her number one asset, in my opinion, is her extraordinary ability to multitask – she stays on top of every single little minor detail involved in selling the home, from start to finish, until she gets the deal done! And, she was wonderful about regularly communicating with us throughout every stage of the process so that we had a say and we always knew what was going on. She is a good listener, always calm and pleasant, persistent in getting the deal done but never pushy. She was clearly eager to help us achieve our goal. She helped us get an excellent price for our home, and it sold quickly! Elizabeth knows the local and regional markets well and she suggested a very accurate selling price, based upon her in-depth knowledge of comparables in our area. She has a wealth of resources, and was able to make connections for us with reasonably-priced local contractors when we needed minor roof repair, septic inspection, a flooring person to refinish our hardwood floors, and radon mitigation. She gave us very detailed, hands-on help and advice on how to stage our home in appealing ways that we never would have thought of on our own, and she even brought in some pieces of her own that her agency keeps on hand for this purpose to make the staging look very polished, homey, and appealing. She has a very smooth system of planning and coordinating appointments and showings, and she literally went door-to-door in our neighborhood with lovely, full-photo brochures and invitations that she had created for our open house, which was held just prior to the MLS listing in order to generate buzz and interest over our home before it even officially went on the market! Her promotional materials were so nice that we plan to hold onto them as a proud keepsake for years to come. After the sale of our old house, we were so pleased with her services that we continued to work with her as a designer on our new home, and she again connected us with reasonable local contractors for kitchen cabinets and countertops, etc. She also referred us to a wonderful building inspector who gave us good advice on the home that we were buying, which helped us in negotiating the purchase price. She is very experienced and has a wonderful eye for design, and very good taste! Overall, we found her to be a very energetic and motivated realtor, and a person of high moral integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth Peck and Lakes Country Realty to others in need of a realtor, home stager, and/or designer.

I have worked with Elizabeth for almost 14 years on multiple property contracts. First of all she is honest and transparent. If there is a problem she will let you know about it quickly so you can make a decision. Second, attention to detail is what comes naturally to her. That means, the contractual part of it goes smoothly with Elizabeth. Third, she is a problem solver. On multiple occasions she has jumped on issues for me quickly so I don't have to deal with it and I trust her completely to get it done. She is what I call a grinder. Finally she has style and see's the opportunity. If you are looking to purchase a primary residence, she understands the functionality of a home and can provide good advice so you buy a home that meets your needs. If you are an investor, she can help you spot a home that is prime for upgrades for either quick flip revenue or enhancements that will command a higher rent. She'll throw a lot of ideas at you, and while they all cost money, you can at least determine what your budget it, but she is extremely current on home designs and decor.
