Elizabeth Phelan

Hugo, Oklahoma native Elizabeth Phelan, grew up spending summers playing in the water at Hugo Lake, and today, she is selling on that same lake! Elizabeth is very knowledgeable of her three lakes and prides herself in her ability to answer any of her client’s questions.

After being a stay-at-home mom to her now teenage children, she decided to jump into the lake real estate industry. Her experience lies in the fact that she grew up on Hugo Lake and has lived on Lake Eufaula for 10 years. She makes an effort to stay up to date with the Army Corps of Engineers and their work on her three lakes.

Elizabeth’s favorite part of this job is the people! She loves not only meeting new people but helping people. She knows that her clients are making a huge decision, and she is ready to help them find their dream home, even if it’s their first home.

Elizabeth and her family are active, outdoorsy people. She lives with her husband of 19 years, her daughter, and her son. The family even owns a small farm. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, and visiting the lake daily.
