From beginning to end she was responsive, knowledgeable and kind, making the normally stressful process of buying a house a whole lot better. Elizabeth was able to help me buy a home while I was still moving from out of state. She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed to get paperwork signed. Despite me taking the time to go backpacking and losing cell phone service, she was able to keep the ball rolling and stay on top of things.

Elizabeth does a great job of showing houses virtually. Since I was coming from out of town, we were able to video chat and I was able to see things I would have missed from just pictures.

Due to her expertise and knowledge of the market we were able to close on the first house I put an offer in for. With 10+ offers on the house and similar houses going for 50k+ over asking price, I know I wouldn't have been able to close on the house without her help. This was my first home buying experience, and Elizabeth worked hard to make it a pleasant one.

Elizabeth receives a 5 Star rating in every category! I have purchased and sold many houses during my life time. She is truly at the top of her game among realtors. From the first meeting to the closing table, she was professional in every aspect that you would want in a great realtor. I highly recommend Elizabeth for selling or purchasing a home. Plus as an added bonus, she is just a really nice person.

Elizabeth is outstanding! We are military and had to purchase a house from out of state, site unseen. Elizabeth’s personal touch and care made us feel extremely comfortable during the complex process of purchasing our home. Elizabeth also went above and beyond by helping us coordinate updates to the home

Elizabeth was outstanding in assisting us with buying a new home. The market was crazy with homes going for more than $50,000 over asking price and multiple (often 10+) offers on most houses.

Elizabeth took us out multiple houses the first week to help her (and us) better understand what we wanted in our new home. Every week we would see an additional four or more houses. If Elizabeth wasn't available to show us houses she made sure another agent would assist us in viewing the homes we wanted to see. We would text message late into the evenings and she was always prompt with her responses.

She was also very knowledgeable about differenct ways we could present offers and helped us refine our strategies and offers over the next few weeks.

Elizabeth also introduced us to an excellent Mortgage Broker who also helped us put together our winning bid. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a new home. She knows real estate, is great with people and works hard to help her buyers be successful in this crazy housing market!

Elizabeth went above and beyond and is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Elizabeth worked with me purchasing a home out of state. She first started working with me when I was looking for a home in Denver, then after several months, I started looking in Colorado Springs and she continued to work with me. Once we found a home and our offer was accepted, she found me people to paint and replace all of the carpet in the house for a great price. She even met with a bunch of companies at the house for the carpet and paint quotes. She has been fantastic and is always accessible. Even after I closed on my house, she has been there for me and has helped me with the house until I can move there. I highly recommend hiring Elizabeth as your realtor.

Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive. Made sure we had all paperwork in order and on time, making the process seamless. Comps were pulled quickly and she made such good recommendations so that we got top dollar for the sale of the house. I could not recommend her enough for both selling and buying.
