Beth handled every detail of the sale of my condo. It seemed effortless, as I was in and out of town a lot and Beth took care of most everything. Her advice was spot on in terms of pricing, and she developed a marketing plan that was smart and successful. She executed beautifully and was effective in all of the negotiations.
