The home buying and selling process is stressful, but lining up a purchase and sale for the same day requires an agent who is organized, responsive, and attentive to details. This is the second experience working with Elizabeth on a simultaneous purchase and sale. This went even smoother than the first. Elizabeth is easy to talk to, she responds promptly to questions, and helps alleviate concerns throughout the process. She is on your team but remains respectful and kind to everyone involved.

Elizabeth clearly listened to what I was looking for because she found the perfect home for me. I recommend Elizabeth without hesitation.

There are not enough compliments in the world that I could give Elizabeth. First of all, if it wasn't for her hard work and dedication, I wouldn't be standing in my dream home right now. My fiancé and I went through an emotional roller coaster selling our previous home and if it wasn't for Elizabeth's enthusiasm and quick tricks she holds as a realtor, we wouldn't have sold that house. On top of all that, Elizabeth made sure we made out financially, better than I had assumed we would. She was there for us at the house when we couldn't be because of work. Moving is stressful. Long-distance moving is even more stressful. So to find an agent in Elizabeth that is so attentive, responsive and caring, we consider ourselves exceedingly lucky. Now-a-days, finding a house can be a struggle with the way that things have been. However, our experience, from the very beginning, was a great one thanks to Liz. She took the time to explain everything, from beginning to end. From putting our old house on the market, and seeing that through, to helping us to secure a brand new build, and getting us in to that, Liz was the constant professional. Elizabeth just helped me and my husband purchase our first house. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding of our needs. She has a fantastic sense of humor and is so easy to get along with, while at the same time maintaining an incredible sense of professionalism in her field. She was very open to any and all questions we had throughout the process, and encouraged us to contact her no matter what time. She helped us find a beautiful house and got just as excited as we did when our offer got accepted. If anyone is ever looking for a realtor, she is the one to go with, and has a network of professionals to work with (i.e. her inspectors are awesome too!). We will forever recommend her to everyone we know, and we ourselves have found our realtor for our second, third, and even fourth home purchases. As long as Elizabeth is around, she’s our first choice.

I was a first time home buyer and Liz did an absolutely amazing job. She went above and beyond at every portion of the home buying process. When the mortgage company wasn't being cooperative she found one that locked in the deal and made things happen. Would give 6 stars if possible! Working with Elizabeth was like working with family. She was friendly, attentive, professional and easy to work with. From the start she went well above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.
