Elizabeth really went above and beyond to help my family get into our dream home! She acted as liaison on a Freddy Mac foreclosure which I found out is a great way to get a deal, but is more intricate process. The home was in need of repair and she found us contractors to bid the jobs so that our bank could approve the loan. She even put us in contact with a surveyor as we needed a current elevation report and an insurance broker who got a rate on flood insurance that we could afford when I had all but given up on the listing! She was super easy to work with and kept lines of communication open creating ease during a potentially stressful time. I have recommended her to everyone I know who is in the market for a home.
