Elizabeth was incredibly professional and helpful during the sale of our home. Despite a frantically-paced local real estate market, Elizabeth helped make the process feel easy.
When we listed it for sale, we felt total peace about our timing, staging, photos, and price point. With this advice, we received a significantly higher quantity of offers than we anticipated.
When multiple offers came in, Elizabeth helped us to stay in control of the timing and to compare them carefully and choose offers well over asking.
Despite our lives being busy, the sale of our home was a breeze. And as first-time sellers, she was incredibly patient in answering our many questions with years of knowledge and expertise.

Elizabeth was amazing in helping me find and purchase a home! Not only was I a first time home buyer, but also purchasing a house from out of state in a crazy market. She helped me through every step of the way and went above and beyond - especially with it being my first time going through the home buying process. She was accommodating to my schedule and with me being out of state, honest and did not try to rush me at all with a purchase, and available for whatever questions I had. Elizabeth was also instrumental throughout the closing process and even after I moved in with assisting in making sure I had everything in order to be successful. I loved working with Elizabeth, she listens to you first and then she makes the best suggestions based on what you want. In my case, to sell my house bc I was moving out of the State. Elizabeth is easy going, has deep knowledge of the housing market and will recommend the best company/man to do any changes/ repairs/ or whatever you want to do to your home before the FOR SALE sign is in.
She keeps you informed about any thing that concerns the sale of your home. She does not push any ideas/opinions on you, there is plenty of stress when you are selling your home.
The day for the Open House , her suggestions on how to prepare the home for the showing were the best. The house sold in 3 days!

Elizabeth was great to work with when selling our home in Lockeland Springs. Our home sold in a day, but where Elizabeth really shined was dealing with the buyers. It wasn’t easy selling our beloved home and leaving a neighborhood we poured our hearts into. When I found myself pregnant with our first child, I started wondering if our current home was the best fit for our growing family. I reached out to Elizabeth and she gave me very honest feedback (pro and con) about relocating. She spent hours listening to me go back and forth without pressuring me either way. Then when I decided I wanted to sell our current home, buy a new one in another area, and move our family (all while pregnant!), I found the best (and most patient) ally in Elizabeth.
