Liz Stuart, a Realtor on the national award-winning team of Coldwell Banker Advantage, understands the military market from a unique perspective. She is an active-duty soldier.
“As a member of the military, I know the stresses involved in PCS moves, and I hope that I can reduce that burden for other families – and assist them as they join the greater Fayetteville/Fort Bragg community,” says Liz, who has served in the U.S. Army for more than 17 years.
“I’ve worked as a Human Resources Technician – and I am looking to expand my horizons,” she says.

She is also a proud mom to two. “If I may brag,” she adds, smiling, “my daughter is a member of the Hope Mills 2021 Dixie League World Series championship team, and my son is a Liberty Christian Academy chess extraordinaire.”
Her heart is truly in helping others. “I have a special place in my heart for children encountering medical hardship,” she says. “I donate to Ronald McDonald House because of loved ones who have benefited from this phenomenal organization.”
In her spare time, Liz enjoys working out and has completed several marathons around the globe.
When asked to describe herself in five words, she doesn’t hesitate: “Ambitious, outgoing, humorous, humble and grateful.”
