A native New Yorker, Elizabeth (Liz) Zuvekas retired from International Banking and Finance after thirty years to pursue her real estate passion. Having grown up on the North Shore of Long Island, Liz now spends her time between her Manhattan apartment and her family home in Manhasset. Her intimate knowledge of both the city and Long Island uniquely qualifies her to make clients’ real estate dreams come true.
Working in the international financial marketplace has afforded Liz the opportunity to manage Customer Service on a global platform and forge relationships with an international network of people. She enjoyed the experience of living and working in London early in her career and, later, in Paris.
A graduate of Wheaton College in Massachusetts, Liz holds a B.A. in History and has extensive experience in the field of Art History and Architecture. She has travelled extensively to experience firsthand the cultures she studied.
Liz volunteers time fundraising with the Boomer Esiason Foundation to promote awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. She is active in her Church and has served as her College Class Alumni Committee Vice President and Treasurer.
Leveraging both her past experience and knowledge of the North Shore, in addition to Douglas Elliman’sextensive resources and global network, Liz has the ability to listen and understand the requirements of her clients, lending her an edge when serving your Real Estate needs.
