Ellen was wonderful. This was the first time my wife and I were buying in this area and it is an intimidating market for buyers. Ellen really knows this area and her advice and strategy for making offers and counter offers were spot on. She really fought for us and we got a much better deal than we could have gotten with anybody else. Even after the closing Ellen continued to assist us with contractors and following up with things. I would choose Ellen and Washington Fine Properties again in a heartbeat.

Ellen helped my husband and I to find our first home and was extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Finding a place that fit all of our asks and was within our price range in Northern Virginia during a difficult market was a big ask and Ellen helped us to navigate the market and find our perfect place. After our offer was accepted Ellen gave us recommendations for fantastic contractors to help make it ours and scheduled times for us to meet with them prior to close so that we could get started right away once we closed on the house. She is a fantastic advocate. Really appreciate all of her help through the entire process.

Ellen really listened to us when it came to things we really wanted in our forever home and then not only found it for us but went to bat for us in every situation. Not only is Ellen extremely knowledgable in everything that has to do with shopping, buying and fixing up a home, but her personal touch is unmatched. I never doubted that she had our best interest in mind. She also went above and beyond in sharing all her contacts of quality contractors and resources.

Buying our first home as a family was an overwhelming thought, to say the least. Didn't know where to look, what to look for or who to go to for advice/support . And then came Ellen. She made the whole process so easy, so smooth and so effortless. She knew exactly what to look and watch put for in each home, she knew who to contact to get things done and she had the patience and understanding to deal with new buyers. Ellen Cain was amazing for us! As soon as we called her and told her we were moving to the area she offered right away to show us properties virtually so that when we did arrive in town we had a list of potential properties to look at. In the busy market we are in that was very impressive as we had other realtors that never even bothered calling us back. Ellen was professional, responsive, and always had our best interest at heart. She spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and navigating us through the arduous process. I highly recommend Ellen! You won't be disappointed with her service.

A heartfelt Thank You goes out to Ellen Cain. My husband and I had such a wonderful home buying experience when we purchased our townhome in Fall 2018. We bonded immediately upon meeting Ellen, and knew we were in good hands. She was the perfect person to find our dream home close by our Family. She came prepared and was knowledgeable and professional, yet processed such a warm and personal demeanor. The first day of showing us properties we found our ideal home. Ellen made the buying processing seem effortless closing in a month. She did a fabulous job representing us!
