Ellen Wells

Ellen Wells has enjoyed living in Central Maine for more than 45 years. A University of Maine at Farmington graduate, she worked for a local hospital to promote community wellness for 16 years before joining Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate in 2019. Ellen is also a graduate of the Kennebec Leadership Institute and a former Registered Maine Guide who loves being outdoors and sharing her local knowledge. With a passion for helping people and a commitment to exceptional customer service, she will assist you with every detail of selling your home or moving to the area in a stress-free, collaborative, and professional manner.
Ellen lives in the Belgrade Lakes region with her husband, Mac, where they enjoy exploring all that Maine has to offer throughout the four seasons. They have helped local non-profit groups develop and maintain recreational trails throughout Kennebec County, including Waterville’s premier Quarry Road Trails where she currently serves as a board member and volunteer at the Welcome Center.

Ellen is recognized as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Broker and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) for her experience, knowledge, and expertise in high-end residential properties. Her sales totaled $8.4 million in 2022.
