As we all know, buying/searching/renting your future home is always a hectic and stressful process. Trying to find that perfect home. Ellen Williams, I can say with complete confidence went over and beyond all expectations I had. Ellen was very communicative, responsive. Ellen Williams is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I had to sell my mother’s house after she passed away, and we live 125 miles from the Chicago suburbs. We also had not sold a house before. Ellen walked us through the process and provided contacts for every service provider we needed. All the providers were reasonably priced and did a good job. She also personally took care of any details that would have required us to be at the house so we didn’t have to travel. If any problems came up, she helped us solve them, and she always gave good advice on renovation options. When it came time for the sale, Ellen attracted a lot of interested buyers for the house, and we got a good final price. I would recommend her services to anyone.
