Ellie Herrera is a native to Arizona. Born and raised in the Flagstaff area, she relocated down to
Phoenix in 2004. She has been involved in the real estate industry since 1999, working as a loan
originator for some of the Nation’s largest banks, including Bank of America and Countrywide. She
stayed on the lending side thru 2009 and made the transition to the sales side of the industry when she got her real estate sales license and REALTORs designation. During her tenure in sales, Ellie has worked as the assistant to one of the State tops producing HUD-listing agents. She branched out as an independent agent in 2010 and joined Essential Properties, Inc., to focus on utilizing her expertise and experience as a full-service agent. She specializes in horse property in the West Valley and Northern Arizona including the rural areas of Litchfield Park, Avondale, Goodyear, Flagstaff, Doney Park, Waddell, Surprise, El Mirage, Laveen, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, West Phoenix, Buckeye and Tonopah. Ellie is bilingual and prides herself on helping first time homebuyers, and the Valley’s Spanish-speaking clientele. She currently holds the designations of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), as well as being a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR). She resides in Goodyear with her husband, four sons, and dog, Reno.
