About Eloise

Eloise Gauthier is the Broker and Owner of GAUTHIER REAL ESTATE, INC., a full-service company selling residential as well as commercial real estate.
Eloise has 20 years’ experience, attaining her broker’s license, GRI, e-pro, and Certified Negotiations Specialist designations. She is a Louisiana Real Estate Commission Certified Real Estate Instructor and Vendor for Pre-Licensing, Post Licensing, and Continuing Education. She is experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry listing and selling residential and commercial real estate, lots and acreage, and investment properties.

Eloise is actively involved with Realtor Association of Acadiana currently teaching the mandatory and CE classes. Eloise was the 2004 President and the 2007 Treasurer of the association. She is presently serving on the Legislative committee, LAFPAC Trustee, Education Committee, and Budget and Finance Committee, participates in New Member Orientation Teaching Professional Standards classes and serves on several task forces. Eloise is a trained mediator and has served as a mediator with the local association. She is a life member of the Honor Society.

Eloise is actively involved with the Louisiana Realtors serving on the Legislative Committee and Professional Standards Committee. She is a graduate of Louisiana Realtors Leadership Program. Eloise currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee with LR.
