We did not know what to expect with the rapidly changing housing market when selling our condo Elona was our neighbor's agent when selling their condo last year and they referred her to us. She gave us excellent guidance on what was required to prep for photos, staging our own furniture along with some of her own staging items. We received a cash offer at our asking price within 3 days of listing! Elona made the process quick and seamless...from the time we called her to the time we closed was just under 5 weeks. She is a true professional!

When it comes to Real Estate there is no one that I would trust more than Elona. She is knowledgeable and can explains things that you may have questions about. She is upfront about what she can and will do and then she does them. Our experience was positive from beginning to end. We had to conduct some transactions from other states, and she made sure that all arrangements were made and then joined by phone to ensure that if there were any questions, she could answer them.

We have used Elona twice for the sale of homes as well as for one of our home purchases.She is as good as they come as an agent and an incredibly good person. Elona is the best! I was out of state caring for my mom and it was apparent that I needed to move her closer as she has early dementia and needs someone available to check on her. I found a couple homes online and Elona would take my daughter and go check out the home and report back on their impression of it and the neighborhood. Elona was and is a wonderful real-estate agent. When we were in the "looking at houses stage", She was always willing to show us houses we were interested in. She was observant and noticed aspects of each house that was to our liking and disliking. She gave us her honest opinion from both a professional stand point and from a good friend one.
