Elvin Merlo

Elvin started his professional career in business development for a rapidly growing and fast-paced DC startup. He quickly learned that building a business, customer base, and the company requires patience and perseverance and decided to apply that same mentality to a career in real estate. As a first-generation American, Elvin has always felt strongly about home ownership as the cornerstone of the American Dream. This intense desire to help his family achieve home ownership was a major driver for going into real estate.

Elvin works hard to earn his clients’ respect working tirelessly on their behalf and prides himself in bringing integrity, energy, diligence, and creativity to every real estate transaction. Elvin is licensed in DC and Virginia.

To unwind, Elvin spends time with his 3-year-old chocolate lab mix, Nash, boxes, and backcountry hikes, and is currently training for his first ultra-marathon.
