Elyse helped us purchase our first home in August of 2017. She began by asking us our price range (duh), and our list of “must-haves”. She worked tirelessly for us, as our renter’s lease was coming to a quick end, and compiled 11 houses for us to look at in a span of 3 days. When we found our house, she knew it, and so did my husband and I. We made an offer and quickly received a counter offer. In that same time frame, someone else who was interested made an offer as well. She immediately let us know, at that point working from home, at 8pm on a Friday, and we sealed the deal! We closed with 5 days to spare on our lease. She also found a cleaning service to clean our house before we moved in, and even came to help my unpack and organize the day after we moved in. She professional but also very personable, and will make sure all your questions and worries are addressed in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend working with her.
