I was recommended Emiel by a friend and I am extremely fortunate to have worked with him. Buying a house can be very daunting especially when it’s your first one. However, Emiel worked extremely hard to make the process simple and manageable. He demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process from his knowledge with different homes to his connections with different contractors if need be. He was extremely patient with me and he worked night and day to make sure I was not only getting the house of my dreams but at a great price. In addition, after I closed on the property Emiel made sure to reach out to me and still be available for any questions or concerns I had as being a new home owner. I can't recommend Emiel Barbosa enough. He was responsive and diligent in finding our future home. He was patient to our changing needs. He offered great advice to help us increase our purchasing power and get the dream home that met all of our needs. There wasn't a moment where I felt lost while working with Emiel. Putting in our first offer was exciting and getting our first rejection was heartbreaking but Emiel kept us grounded in reality. This man right here got us from point a to point b in what seemed like the easiest process in the world. The fact that Emiel made the house buying process so smooth and worked with us every step made the process the best experience. I think anytime an agent makes you feel like the house buying process was as easy as buying a couch(not as easy as you’d think) then you know they’re good. Emiel helped us with everything from the inspector, to the lawyer, and getting a closing deal on our first home. For first time homebuyers to us he knocked it out the park, I’m sure he can do the same for you. It was a pleasure to work with my boy and don’t slack making the biggest move you’ll like ever make.
