We had lived in Clearwater for 5 years when we decided to initiate an active search to upgrade from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom unit. Knowing how rarely these are offered on Sand Key, we turned to Emil Veltre, as a specialist in both the luxury beach condo category and in the Sand Key area. He understood our specific requirements - 3 bedrooms, square footage, and a high floor condo, with expected amenities. We knew his experience was what we needed to find our new dream home.
After finding our new condo, it was time to sell our own unit. Emil’s keen eye directed the unit staging. He hired a professional photographer with drone coverage and gave our home its own website. His hard work and expertise really paid off. We had several offers and a signed contract within 24 hours of listing. All of this was done with our minimum contact and all COVID safety protocols, leaving us feeling safe the entire time.
Emil stayed in complete contact with us during every step of the way. He always answered every call, text, or email right away. He provided weekly updates to all parties involved in both the sale of our unit and the purchase of our new home to ensure no details fell thru the cracks. We were extremely pleased with his attention to detail and his professionalism. He did an excellent job at representing our interests in the best possible way.

My significant other and I spent over a year looking for a new home… during a pandemic and in a sellers’ market. We worked with a couple different agents until we found Emil. Emil gave us the personal, prompt attention we needed. Every single time I texted Emil about a property, he was right there with great research and options for viewing property. We saw every property we wanted to see and Emil ALWAYS did ample research on every property and showed up with printed information, comparables, and a pen & clipboard (it seems like a small thing, but really it is HUGE).

We put in multiple offers before we found our forever home, and through it all, Emil never let us get discouraged. When it came time to move forward with our forever home, Emil helped us secure inspectors, insurance brokers, etc. Emil worked hand in hand with our mortgage broker (someone he previously did not know) and with the title company chosen by the seller. Emil kept us on track and sent us little reminders during that SUPER STRESSFUL time between accepted offer and closing. Emil was there at closing and even followed up afterward to make sure we had everything we needed.

Trust me when I tell you, my hubby and I are needy clients and made a lot of demands on Emil and on Emil’s time. He always made us feel like we were his only clients. He responded quickly to texts, emails, and calls. Additionally, during this pandemic, Emil did everything to make us feel safe (mask, cleaner, etc.). I am so glad that we found Emil. He is such a gem. I am beyond grateful to have Emil as part of the memories we created finding our forever home.
