Emily was extremely patient with me. I live in Oregon and she would FaceTime properties with me. When I thought I found something I flew out to South Dakota. She met with me and the inspector and she was not at all upset with me when I told her I would need to back out of the one I put a offer on. Since I was only going to be in Deadwood for a few days she dropped her plans with her parents who were visiting to show me almost every available listing in Lead. I ended up purchasing a little gem that is just right for us. Emily was with me before, during and now after we closed. I look forward to the possibility of buying another home in the Black Hills with Emily’s help.
