I have worked with Emily on selling a home and purchasing a new home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very responsive, professional and is definitely in your corner. She fought many battles for me and for that, I will always appreciate her! Without her, I would have had to face more challenges and obstacles. Emily is not only professional, but she's friendly and has an awesome sense of humor. These qualities were crucial for helping me navigate the stressful process of selling my home, and buying at the same time. In retrospect, it really wasn't that stressful at all! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the home selling/buying process (fine print included), and her responsiveness and positive attitude put my anxiety more at ease. She was almost always available just about any time I wanted to view a house. Also when viewing houses, her expertise was very handy when noticing potential issues that I might have overlooked. That was VERY much appreciated.
She was also was excellent at communicating concerns between me and my buyer, and me and my seller; a true diplomat. I loved her ability to find the best contractors for repair work, an excellent inspector, and a great recommendation for a closing attorney.
Again, Emily was extremely professional, but her ability to also feel like a friend who is genuinely concerned with helping her clients reach their goals is an extraordinary trait for a real estate agent. I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks a million, Emily! You.Are.The.Best!
