Emily Hughes Smith

A proud Ohio native and graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Emily was first licensed in real estate in 2006. Her real estate career briefly paused when her husband's job took their family out of state, but during that time, Emily launched and successfully ran an award-winning brand, design, and marketing agency—an enterprise that continues to operate today and has earned countless accolades for its work. Recognized for her leadership, business success, and commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs, Emily was honored with the Forty Under 40 award in 2017 for the Northern Indiana/Southern Michigan region. This distinction was a reflection of her achievements in growing a thriving, nationally recognized design studio and making a lasting impact in the business community.

Her deep expertise in marketing, advertising, and digital media—combined with a keen eye for design and functionality—gives her a unique edge when working with Sellers, Buyers, and Investors. In addition to her work as an agent, Emily also owns and manages several investment properties, further enriching her knowledge and perspective in real estate. Now relicensed and back in Ohio, Emily is thrilled to be doing what she loves once again—balancing her professional life with family time and pursuing her passions: real estate, renovation, modern architecture, gardening, and design.
