Emily Leach

Emily Leach lives in Plymouth/Wayzata with her husband Patrick and three sporty and energetic children. She grew up in Minneapolis and attended the University of Minnesota where she met her husband. They have lived all over the Twin Cities, including Minneapolis, Edina, Eagan and finally Plymouth, where they have been for 10 years.

When not working, you may find Emily training for her next running race, volunteering at her children’s school or cheering on her two sons and daughter at the ice rink, soccer field or baseball diamond. She also enjoys anything outdoors including running, water skiing and spending time on the Minnesota lakes.

Emily’s specialty is seeing the potential in a home, and which traits are required to delight a specific buyer. This allows her to help clients view purchasing or selling a property as an enjoyable process, full of possibilities and opportunities.
