Emily Mathews

Emily began her journey into real estate in December of 2012. Her decision to change careers from graphic design to real estate came after she and Dirk returned to Oklahoma from Pittsburgh, PA. Within her first year in business, Emily received the highly regarded award for “Rookie Of The Year” – a title given only to the single highest producing first-year agent in the entire state of Oklahoma. Every year since then has shown a substantial growth in business and production. Emily’s continued success is due in part to her thorough training, and an extensive background in the advertising industry.

Emily is an Edmond native, while her husband and business partner Dirk relocated from Wyoming to Oklahoma City for college in 2001. Emily is a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in graphic design. She returned home from college in 2005 and set roots in Oklahoma once again. Dirk studied music, art, and computer science at Oklahoma Christian, as well as the University of Central Oklahoma. He later joined the United States Army Reserves and served 6 years as a Sergeant. He eventually deployed to Iraq from 2009-2010. Dirk and Emily married in 2013 and currently live in the heart of OKC.

Together they enjoy a life of adventure including off-road motorcycles, camping, hiking, scuba diving, rock climbing, snowboarding, surfing, and finding their next adrenaline rush all over the world. Their ever-growing list of countries visited collectively includes Mexico, Canada, Honduras, Costa Rica, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Austria, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, and Belgium.
