Jodi is the absolute best! Jodi was our bright guiding light; her experience and dedication made all the difference in the world! She worked tirelessly to negotiate the best possible deal shaving thousands off the asking price. She helped us negotiate the crazy market which at times seemed impossible, but she remained poised, positive, and so very helpful! In the end we got exactly what we wanted for the price we needed in a very overly inflated market! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jodi.

Mike Morgan is a top notch realtor. He went out of his way to ensure our sell went off without a hitch. Emily helped me with the sell of an estate property. She had a committed buyer much quicker than expected and we made it to closing faster than I thought possible. Emily is exceptional at communicating, proactive getting to closing, and very knowledgeable with the estate sale process. The sale price was surprisingly much higher than expected. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and fluent transaction!

Successful͏ and quick sale for an estate
I͏ was selling a house on behalf of an estate, and Emily was really able to help take a lot of the burden of selling off of my hands. She coordinated for indoor and outdoor cleaning as well as provide guidance and direction on how to address personal belongings in the house. She was great for providing additional recommendations wherever needed. Several unusual circumstances popped up between contract and close, and Emily was able to help resolve those issues as well, including working with the buyer and coordinating with a tree removal service.
On the downside, there was a stressful scramble for documentation for me in the last week before closing in part because the 3rd party closing agent and the closing attorneys did not act very timely.
Overall, I am happy with the final outcome: the house sold quickly for a good price, and I was able to count on Emily to manage much more of the selling and preparation work than I had originally expected, which is very appreciated.

We bought our house with Alyssa’s help almost exactly a year ago. She was amazing and so helpful through the whole process. We even had some issues after we closed, that we’re no fault of hers, and she went above and beyond almost a year later, to help. Cannot recommend enough!
