Emily Medwar

Emily Medwar has been a local Real Estate Agent since 2014. She has lived in Bedford since childhood, which aids in her expertise of the local market. Her coverage area includes, but is not limited to, Bedford, Lexington, Concord, Billerica, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Lowell, and Winchester. She takes great pride in being available for clients at all times via email, text, and phone call. Her clients frequently give her feedback expressing how responsive and reliable she is. She is set apart by her ability to cater to each individual seller and use technology to the fullest to aid in the home buying and selling process.

Outside of being a Realtor®, Emily is greatly involved in the local community through the Bedford Athletics Program. She has been a High School Field Hockey Coach at Bedford High School and has sponsored the annual Alumni/Memorial Field Hockey game since 2015. She is also very active, completing a Tough Mudder, playing in both the local Co-Ed Slow Pitch Softball League and the Adult Women’s Field Hockey League. She also enjoys running with her Goldendoodle, enjoying local views such as Fawn Lake and Springs Brook.
