Emily built her Real Estate business out of a passion for introducing clients to the captivating and laid back lifestyle of Virginia’s shorelines. She consistently provides her clients with clear and prompt communication, dedicated representation, and a deep- rooted depth of local experience. Emily has a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of buying and selling waterfront property. Emily is a Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck native and now resides in Weems, enjoying small-town waterfront living. Her collective experiences offer a broad knowledge of the best-kept secrets of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers area.

Emily graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Business major. As a third-generation Realtor and daughter of a builder, Emily experienced a constant exposure to the real estate industry, but also developed a personal enthusiasm and passion for finding clients the ideal waterfront escape. Emily offers a fresh perspective on a familiar place. Armed with local knowledge, Emily has helped dozens of families buy and sell in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula over the last four years in real estate. She looks forward to introducing new residents to the timeless towns and inviting waterways. Grateful for an amazing group of local friends and family, Emily ensures that new homeowners- retirees, weekenders, and locals alike, are welcomed home in a way that has become customary in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.

When she is not working, you will find Emily enjoying the shorelines and cruising the creeks with her husband, Patrick and river pup, Goose.
