Emily is simply the best! She made selling our home not only easy, but quick - 6 days from the sign in the yard to “under contract”. She handled everything, including personally steam cleaning our carpets when the cleaning company did a poor job. The only negative was moving 100 miles away.

She is a top-notch professional who gets the job done & always makes us feel like we are her only customers - even though we know better. Our houses have all sold at a pleasing price & in a timely manner, and Emily has been able to negotiate fair prices on our purchases as well. If any issues arise, she deals with them swiftly and professionally, and helps keep me calm throughout the sale, purchase, and closing process (which is no easy task, as I suffer with anxiety). My husband and I had the pleasure of Emily listing our house. We live over 500 miles away, but somehow Emily managed to make the process seamless. She put us in touch with contractors for any repairs and even arranged times for them to get into the house. We had a renter in the house that was somewhat difficult to manage, but Emily handled it with ease. I can’t express enough how wonderful Emily is.
