About Emily
Emily Silverman was born and raised in Kent, Washington, 20 minutes south of Seattle. She never imagined she would end up living in Las Cruces, New Mexico, but after attending school back home for a couple of years, she decided she needed a change. Her younger sister and her longtime friend were both attending school at New Mexico State University and they both raved about how much they loved the school, friends, and the community. So, Emily took the plunge, applied, got accepted, and hopped on a plane to move 1,648 miles. It ended up being the best decision ever!
Emily graduated with a degree in Operations Management from NMSU, met her now husband there, worked for Union Pacific Railroad as a Manager of Yard Operations, and purchased five homes, four of which are now rentals. She also has two amazing sons. All of this led to the biggest adventure of all: becoming a Realtor and collaborating with her husband at Silverman Real Estate Group under BHGRE Steinborn & Associates.
Being a homeowner is a wonderful experience in life and Emily wants to be a part of helping people down the path of homeownership. Her goal is to make sure every buyer or seller is well informed about everything going on throughout the process of buying or selling a home, so that each client can feel at ease with their transaction. With her love for the area and the knowledge and skills she is continually learning on a day-to-day basis, she would love to help you start your journey.
