Growing up in a military family, Emily had the opportunity to grow up living in various parts of the country plus 3 years spent abroad in Germany! She returned to her Southern roots during her teenage years where she attended North Carolina State University earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2004. From there, she went on to an exciting 10-year, award-winning career in medical device sales and medical private practice consulting.
Suddenly, due to an unexpected turn of events, Emily was at a crossroads career wise. With admittedly some fear, she made the leap of faith and went into residential, real estate sales (her dream!) in 2013 and hasn’t looked back since! Emily surrounded herself with industry talent while taking it all in and working on her craft. She incorporated the proven concepts and technology she utilized successfully in her previous jobs and applied them to the real estate market. Her love for new construction, renovation, floor plans, design, decor, and all things home related supported her efforts and she quickly rose to the top in the market specializing in luxury property in the greater Lexington and Lake Murray areas!
Emily is known for claiming the impossible sales price for her sellers (all which Emily personally stages!), her strong negotiation skills and for finding her buyers the perfect home at the right price that they didn’t know existed through her extensive network.
