Emily is resourceful, a forward-thinking agent, an experienced negotiator. She implemented easy-to-follow, yet detailed plans that delivered during such incredibly challenging times. Not only did she guide us to the purchase of our new home, she was also able to bring to market and sell our previous home at the same time.

Although facing a severely limited inventory, she was able to, as a buyer’s agent, find the home that checked off all our boxes. She truly listened to us. It was refreshing to find someone who was sensitive to and focused on our needs as a family relocating during the school year. As a seller’s agent, she timed the marketing of our home to suit our relocation, brought in an amazing photographer/videographer, negotiated with some tough buyers and was able to navigate a longer than usual closing period, all while maintaining a controlled and calm demeanor, which was contagious. We felt and still feel like we are in great hands.

Emily rocks as an agent, but she is a team player too. She worked closely with other members of a team to bring in additional buyers for showings. She created and produced a well-advertised and well-attended open house that landed our buyer. Her network of home inspectors, contractors and local vendors is vast, experienced and trusted. We could go on and on. When it comes down to it all, she made us feel comfortable and confident in our life-altering decisions.

Emily is fantastic! We used her to sell our house in Fairfield and buy our dream house in Madison. She was incredibly accessible, knowledgeable, and consultative. Lucky for us, we quickly found the perfect place for our family and Emily stepped right in to help set us up a showing right away, as well a negotiate a deal that beat out all the others. When we were having trouble connecting with a mortgage lender, she connected us with a super responsive and awesome team, as well as made great recommendations for the inspection services! After much deliberation, my partner and I decided to make the move from Ohio to Connecticut. Working with Emily White made our home purchase and transition seamless! As we were first time home buyers that had struggled finding a house in Ohio, Emily was in for a difficult task. Within a few weeks of searching, we had found the one-- and Emily went out of her way to do a video call since we were not able to view the home in person. She was always wonderful keeping us informed with any updates and the next steps in the process. Emily was thorough and very quick to answer any and all of our questions (and there were A LOT of questions). Her recommended inspector and legal assistance were absolutely great to work with! Emily knows what she's doing and I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are searching for a Realtor.
